If you make natural 100% organic coconut oil then the answer is YES.
Coconut water is nutritionaly equal to blood plasma and all teh vitamins and electrolites that your body needs.
A lot of that gets transfered to natural organic coconut oil and thats why its so good for your hair and other health reasons.
If you have a healthy system then your wounds will always heal faster and better than not.
