I am taking evening primrose oil for hormones. I am having bad acne so I am wandering how the evening primrose oil could affect it. I started taking all this in September I noticed in November when it became worse. Hope to get some great feedback!What is the difference in taking Coconut oil vs. Evening Primrose oil?
The only use of Coconut oil that I know of is weight lose
Acne is caused by clogged pores
