I'm rather skeptic when it comes to using something i was raised to believe unhealthy, as an everyday food, so let me suggest caution until you are positive it's good for you ( is use soy and canola oils for cooking and olive oil for dressings).
What i do know is it can be used as an excellent and healthy substitute to butter in a lot of recipes, like pasta or baked potatoes (use the solid kind). Just exercise moderation.
