Can I use coconut oil on my ear around the piercings?

I have almost all the ear piercings you can get within a 2 month time. Yes, I still can hear:). The skin around the hole of the piercings feels tight and dry. Which are the industrial and the anti-industrial aurical.Can I use coconut oil on my ear around the piercings?
i wouldn't use any oil, but there is two kinds of cream you can use on wounds atleast in europe. you can get in in the pharmacy. the other one has antibiotics or something like that in it and the other one has vitamin b. the one with the vitamin b is very good for everything. also for tight/dry piercings. it's a miracle cream.

don't use anitbacterial solutions, because they dry the area up even more and hurt it by not letting it ';defend itself and create an immune system';

i've used only warm water ones a day in the everyday shower, for all of my piercings and all of them have healed fine. my bellybutton was the only one that got a bit dry, so i put the vitamin b cream on it a couple of times and didn't feel tight anymore. so from my point of view rinsing with warm pure water ones or twice a day will do your piercing good. don't overtreat it.Can I use coconut oil on my ear around the piercings?
