Is extra virgin coconut oil good for you?

I keep seeing conflicting articles of it being good and bad. I know olive oil is really good for you but others says that coconut oil is great as well.Is extra virgin coconut oil good for you?
I would prefer coconut oil to olive oil any day but don't have the time to explain to you why.
