How do you use Organic Virgin coconut oil in your hair?

I have shoulder length, fine, straight hair and I am looking to grow it out long again. I've heard about the wonders of Coconut Oil but I don't know how someone would use it in their hair. I will be getting some soon so I would like to know how!How do you use Organic Virgin coconut oil in your hair?
you take about a spoonful, warm it up in the microwave for 15-20 seconds (it will liquify) then apply the oil directly to your hair,


wrap it in seran wrap or a towel and leave it on for as long as you like, but i recomend at least a half hour


you should shampoo your hair twice when you shower, its a little hard to get out and your hair may not be back to its normal ways at first, but with 2 showers it'll be fine


you can also just pour whatever oil you dont use back into the container and it'll solidify again so no wasting what you dont use
